The muscle that matters the most is not the one you think
There is really only one muscle that requires, and seeks out, your attention. Sadly, it’s the one that typically receives the least amount of our time and energy. It’s like going to the gym and then getting there and saying, “You know what? I’m tired just from making the effort to get here. I think I’ll pass,” and walking back out the door.
Sure, you thought about it, but never did anything about it—which is reflected in the state of your deltoids, triceps, and all those other muscles gym types talk about.
But we’re not talking about going to the gym. What we’re talking about is the one muscle that matters the most because (drum roll, please), once developed, can steer you into the most powerful, capable, free place and space in your life.
Yup, you heard it here first. It’s your intuitive muscle, and it’s time to give it the best workout ever! And believe me when I tell you, there’s no pain…only gain.
Giving Your Psychic Muscle the Best Darn Workout in the World
“Psychic”?
If the idea of psychic games brings up visions of Ouija boards and cloth-covered tables levitating in darkened rooms, it’s possible your inner eye may be a tad myopic. If that’s the case, we might suggest that you need this book more than you know. Because in it, while we dance together on the edge of the matrix, it’s important to keep a trained eye out for validation that we are still tethered to the dirt and wood, brick and mortar, and flesh and bones of our 3D world. In other words, what I like to call Down-To-Earth Spirituality for Everyday Life™.
In an unfortunately normalized way of thinking, psychic has taken on a pretty bad rap. From the occult to the prophet to witches to tarot, people have all sorts of preconceived notions and definitions for the word. For our purposes, it’s not as important to define it as it is to use whatever it is that gives us this innate power that links us to good judgment, authenticity, and creativity. I could quote several dictionary definitions and still not get to any definitive, absolute truth. I mean, who writes those definitions in the dictionary, anyway?
If you can let go of some of the baggage associated with the word psychic, it’ll be helpful in moving forward–into your highest place of knowing and awareness. When you begin to see your “psychic self” as:
- no more than your “higher self”
- your “higher self” as nothing more than your “intuition”
- your “intuition” as everything in you that guides you and manifests your reality?
Well, all I can tell you is that when that happens? You’re in a whole world of happy.
